  22.     No.  People who subscribe to binary groups do so with the intention
  23. of downloading large files automatically.  Regular groups are for
  24. discussion and not for bandwidth-heavy binaries.  It's a distinction
  25. made both for organizational purposes and for the benefit of those not
  26. connected to the net via a T1.
